About
Why TURAS exists.
After a decade at Atlas Copco, I started TURAS to apply the product skills learned in multinational industrial, construction, scientific, and medical application products to other sectors and businesses, large and small.
I still build products myself because it keeps the consulting honest. Owning scope, architecture, onboarding, payments, trust, and day-two trade-offs keeps the advice practical rather than theoretical.
Background
Experience built on direct product ownership.
Ten years at Atlas Copco -- standing on the shoulders of great mentors, experience managing product managers, leading international teams, and owning portfolio strategy for lines exceeding €100M annual revenue.
Independent consulting through TURAS, including multi-year product work with amfori across digital sustainability and compliance products.
Products built end-to-end across booking, e-commerce, property, coaching, and local discovery, not as theory but as lived product work.
Point of view
How I think about product work.
Biomedical engineering gave me an analytical foundation. I like decomposing messy problems, understanding constraints, and turning complexity into something workable.
Good product management is hands on. It is setting clear priorities, honest trade-offs, aligned stakeholders, and steady follow-through with the people doing the work.
I like collaborating with product, engineering, design, and domain experts to turn ideas into useful products and applications.
