Hi, I’m Cormac.
An Irish product consultant based in Antwerp. Ten years in product, first at Atlas Copco — leading product managers and managing portfolios averaging over €100M a year. I’ve consulted independently since leaving in 2021, and since 2023 amfori has been my main client, where I’m building out product management principles for their product team.
I design and build products myself, end-to-end, because it keeps the consulting honest. The name comes from home: turas is Irish for journey.
